I was brought here by a desire to re-live some internet nostalgia (and a post on tumblr), though the coding is a fair bit different from two decades ago. God I feel old now... My only skill back then was putting tables into tables for very basic layouts. It looked a little like this:

Don't let the look of this place fool you though I still have no idea what I'm doing. I've only got this far with a layout builder and finding snippets of decorative code. (I can't get the fonts to work yet)
Anyway more about me: I like sci-fi stuff, pirates, cats, synthwave, boats (I don't know anywhere near enough about them but maybe one day I'll get a small boat myself and learn to sail, probably won't happen until I'm almost 60), vampires, winter (I'm immensely disappointed at the lack of snow), role-playing games (I used to write a lot when I was younger I'm still not great but it's a decent escape from reality in fact I may start a group here if anyone is interested), my favourite colour is sky blue or turquoise if every page here wasn't enough of a clue.
I'm pretty much nocturnal and I drink a lot of tea. I may add more to this later. Also I didn't proofread this so it's probably a mess.
